Inn Ozz - Karaganda

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. the rooms were very nice and clean, with some unique and charming design elements that made the stay quite enjoyable. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Finally, the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and a delicious breakfast included on the first floor. Additionally, the hotel's location within walking distance of a supermarket was very convenient.

Everything was great, no complaints.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Karaganda. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The staff, especially Marina, were very good too make my trip enjoyable, arranged a trip for me and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a reasonable selection. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Karaganda.

The location of the hotel was great, it was walking distance to a lot of attractions in the city. I also liked the fact that the hotel had a restaurant where you could eat affordable meals. the hotel had a beautiful interior design that made the atmosphere really cosy and welcoming.

The noise insulation in the hotel was really bad, I could hear every step the person above me was taking. the temperature control in the room was not possible, so the room was really stuffy and uncomfortable.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is exceptional. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the hotel had a lovely vibe. I particularly enjoyed the very nice breakfast on the first floor.

During my Easter stay, I really enjoyed the affordable price and breakfast offered by this hotel. The English-speaking staff was also a plus, making our stay comfortable. the design of the rooms offered a cozy atmosphere, which was great for a holiday getaway. The restaurant offered some good food options and there were different spots to just hang out and chill. Being in a central location also made it easy to explore the city.

The hotel had some cons to it. the damp towels offered in the room were not very appealing.

Guests can also enjoy a lovely view from the rooms and take advantage of several special features, such as the music in the shower.

There were some communication issues with some of the staff members, who had limited English proficiency.
